The Canadian government department responsible for deportations and removals is the Canadian Border and Services Agency (CBSA). The CBSA is, in charge of protecting the Canadian borders from inadmissible persons and proceeding with removals against inadmissible persons who are already in Canada.  

If you are in Canada and CBSA has started deportation proceedings against you it is important that you retain a lawyer.
